Nice views, good breakfest, great location, hotel rooms too dark, comfortable bed. Yet expensive cost value ratio.

The hotel has a beautiful pool with a little spa and two saunas plus a steam room. The room was also clean and well organized. Perfect for a chilled week end

OK place to stay.. super small rooms.. non working lifts most if the time. AC doesn't cool the way you want it.. it is always set to 25 degrees C. Can get hotter and you can have a disturbed sleep. However good location. Right in front of Brno castle and downtown.

Nicely located hotel for visiting the lovely town of Brno. Rooms are not very exciting but I slept well and everything was nice and clean. Great little pool/wellness area and excellent well equipped gym. Easy parking in front of the hotel but a bit expensive (16 euros). Breakfast was fine, staff friendly and the beer good :-) Would definitely stay here again because of the excellent location.

It shouldn't be a four star hotel! They had constructions since 8:00 in the morning until afternoon. They don't care if you are complaining. They are pretty rude actually..
The cleaning staff opens and closes the doors during midday loundly! No recommended if you want to sleep during the day!

Great location, nice and central. Maybe the Grand Hotel has a better location, but this is nice. Breakfast room is really good. I always stay here when I come to Brno for work.

Participated as part of a company event.
Delicious food, very good catering, very helpful and friendly staff, unfortunately room too hot. Room temperature can not be regulated, temperature mostly over 23C.response / report this review -

Good comfortable and good size rooms. Location is one of the best thing, as it is within the central city where all the tourist Spots are around, main shopping street is just behind the hotel, located around are nice Resturent's. Breakfast was good but limited vegan choices

We're recommended the Restaurant Plzenka (private room) for a family function. So, we made booking two months prior to the function. A day before, we're told that the private room was double booked and if we'd like to have our private function in a public restaurant instead. I disagreed and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call later on, letting us know that we can have the previously booked private room. Food was good and service was very poor. Staff wasn't attentive, we had to ask for drinks at arrival. While we were having our main meal there were no drinks on the table. Staff didn't come back to check if we needed refills. This wasn't the level of service that I'd expect from a four star hotel. I'd not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Clean, modern hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Perfect location across from Spilberk Castle, which I had a view of from my room, and walking distance to Freedom Square. Convenient to shopping, museums and sights.
There are several restaurants in the hotel that are very good, but there are many restaurants within walking distance that are probably a bit better. The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced, the bartenders speak enough English to get by.
