Good location with convenient access to bus/metro connections to the city center. Nice room, good breakfast, friendly service. All at an affordable price. What more do you want?

The hotel is clean and simple. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The workers of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The public transport is near to the hotel. I am very pleased. I hope, I can visit the hotel again as soon as possible.

good quality for a hotel. the rooms might seem a little small but i think they are more than ok. parking is not free though, it costs 10 euros / night

The quality has been going down as fast as a elevator. Waterleakage in the room; matrasses aren't renewed for a year; so pain in your back. First time I went here; it was okay accept for the elevators when busses arrives. But this time; for this price; during this time of the year it's a nightmare. Not worth to be a Best Western. This is IBIS Budget quality

There was no problem with booking. Rooms and toilets were clean (towels changed daily, toilet seat overlays etc.) and well furnished. Staff was great and overall this hotel make an impression of being somewhat better than usual 3 stars. We even got free snack (great one, really tasty) after ordering a beer.

Pros:
Rooms are clean. Have Air conditioner, TV, small drawers and small closet. Bathroom have Hairdryer, water glasses, towels are changed every day.
Beds are comfortable with comfortable pillows.
Breakfast is good, with coffee,milk, yogurt, juices.
Staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:
Because of building design you can't open the window so for the fresh air you must open the door. (Air conditioner doesn't bring fresh outside air)
There is no refrigerator.

Location: It's 9 km from city center but it doesn't matter because Metro works perfectly. Hotel is 10 min away from Metro station (metro needs 6 min to city center) and is 5 min away from bus station.
