A canteen with a good quality of good, big place to sit and in summer opens terrace.

I had a lunch menu Bun-Cha there recently - all the components were there, but the look and taste didn't have anything to do with the original. Also dirty chairs for such an upscale place was a massive setback - no reason to ever come back here again unfortunately.
