I needed to rent a car in a very short time. I was amazed at Mrs. Zuskar's actions. There was no problem with the immediate delivery to the agreed place and the recommended car was also in top condition. I was very surprised with the quick handling of the car rental company. I rate this car rental company very positively.

Everything is completely satisfactory, communication is great. I needed a replacement car after my vehicle was repaired, when I needed to extend the rental period by two more days, all I had to do was make an arrangement over the phone. I highly recommend 👍

The initial communication was great, but the car was ready late, the tires went flat, which limited us in our planned travel and resulted in unexpected costs and a small fine. Since we regularly rent a car on vacation, I can say that this was our worst experience. It is definitely better to go somewhere where you get what you pay for.

Communication was great, everything agreed went as it should. Friendly dealings. However, the car is in a bad condition - dirty outside and inside, dirt, dust, smoke-smelling interior, windows dirty from the inside, no water in the washers. Yes, the Fabia is a cheap car, but no one wants a rusty and dirty car. I thought it was probably normal, it would be the same everywhere
Why did I decide to write a review? Because a while ago we rented a car from Opava for the same money and couldn't help but wonder what the difference in services could be, a beautiful brand new, fragrant carresponse / report this review
