A stunningly beautiful hotel with top notch staff. Michelin starred food service as of 2017. Attached to the historic Vrtbovská garden, which is breathtaking. The rooftop patio overlooks the city. It's in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to Old Town (20-25mins on foot) and Prague castle (10-15mins by foot). It's right beside the US embassy. Highly recommended.

Very, very nice hotel and amazing staff. The hotel is located on a somewhat quiet street, but really close to the action of the Charles bridge.
At booking we were offered a car to and from the airport, we were upgraded at arrival, and had our room ready three hours before the original check in. In addition, great breakfast and daily afternoon tea. The only thing I missed was a kettle in the room. I like a cuppa before bedtime :).response / report this review -

Has an underground parking garage which is easily accessible and gate for private entry.
Staff are extremely courtesy while they do offer some live piano playing in the dining area.
Local attractions are a few minutes away.

We actually went to the restaurant in the hotel, Coda. The food was quite excellent and the space was cozy, but there was a rude patron who was very loud and who started "attacking" us verbally. My friends and I look quite young and she was saying that we were probably there on daddy's money and that we were rude looking at our phones (while she was on hers a lot), etc. We told the server we were uncomfortable and they said there was nothing that could be done and we could not be moved as it is a very small restaurant (the room fit about 8-10 small tables). We decided to end our evening early without getting another course. The manager later came and told us there were tables, nooks, rooms elsewhere, but we had already paid and made the decision to leave. While the unruly customer was not the restaurant's fault, the inaction initially was disappointing and we felt we were stuck next to the lady and couldn't get away.
