Very average hotel. Looks dated, or vintage, depends on your preferences. The bed and pillows were a little too soft for my liking. Very clean however, and very pleasant reception staff.

Dobře situovaný hotel s vlastním parkovištěm.
Ideálně daleko od výstaviště i od města.
Nově krásně zrekonstruovaná kavárna, snad z nejhezčím výhledem v Brně přímo na Špilberk!response / report this review -

No words to describe this hotel.
I am young and used to many different kind of situations but I have to say that my experience in this hotel was pretty horrible.
A list of just few things that come to my mind:
- The room was old, too old with no services
- The breakfast buffet was one of the most awkward buffet ever. Few things from the discount. Just cheap things, horrible coffee (and I am not exaggerating)
- At the reception they barely speak English
- Internet is additional cost and it is not even working
- The waitress kick me out in a really not nice way from my room at 9 when the check out was at 10.30.
I can understand this services for 10 Euro. per night not at the price of 90 Euro.

We have made a reservation for lunch 5 days ahead for 10 people. Confirmed and made food selection the day before. After arrival the table was not ready and the only waitress on the floor didn't know about the reservation. It took 40 minutes to get the soup. No paper in the bathroom. The waitress was O.K. and looked ashamed.
Obviously, the management doesn't care about the business. Never more.response / report this review
