  I agree with everyone that is saying that this place provide really bad service. DON'T EVER TRUST THEM IF YOU EVER NEED TO BE SOMEWHERE ON TIME! My story is like this: I needed to go from Paphos to Paralimni for a doctor's appointment. I called the number and said that I need to be there at 11h. The guy on the phone said ok and gave me an early time to be picked up from Paphos. So I sat there calmly thinking that even thou it's more money but the trip itself should be more comfortable. They brought me to Limassol to their office and the man from reception said me to wait. So I waited like 40 min and ask the man how much more I have to wait cos I got to be on time. He said I hot to wait another 1,5hour, what means that instead of being in Paralimni at 11, I would just leave Larnaca by this time. At that time I got really angry and I told the man why did you bring me here if you know you cannot make for me to be at the place by the time I asked. What is more, if I would be knowing that they will bring me to limassol by that time I would also better be asking to bring me to the bus station so I could take the bus Limassol-Larnaca and be there in time. So I waisted 2 hours waiting for another expresstaxibus came and then took me to another office to larnaca and again another taxi go paralimni. At the end I made my appointment just because I asked the doctor to wait for me. Travel express staff is also not very polite and don't speak simple English, it's probably working on very Cypriot style. I payed more many than going with a simple intercitybus, waisted my time and experienced lots if stress. My advice is - don't use these service if you have any other option.

  Extremely bad service. Driver just didn't show up. So unorganized and nobody cares about the customers.

  Wish I could put a minus star! Don't use this service totally unreliable. Firstly price quoted was not but whole lot more. Then had 2 change 3 times to get to Ayia Napa and when finally arriving in larnaca told to wait more than an hour. Don't need that after travelling since 3 in the morning! Transfer taking longer than flight! Avoid at all costs!

  Whoever is the driver for Paphos to Limassol (final destination would be the Larnaca airport) need to learn some manners immediately. In what parallel universe is this bussines?
  I am rating with 2 stars instead of 1 only because of the service you are providing, which will never be enough to keep customers coming back when your staff do not know how to treat them.
  We should all at least be polite to each other and this man is treating the customer as if he is an ape.

  Very bad service. I was suppose to have a transfer from Paphos to Larnaca airport for a flight leaving at 9h. At 6h30 in the morning the taxi driver informed me that we are not be able to make it in time to the airport. The positive point is that the taxi driver was able to find me another taxi, so instead of paying 22 euros I ended up paying 70euros, but at least I had my plane.

  very bad service! I was told that they take you right to your door.
  I was arriving from the UK to Cyprus from Larnaca airport to my house in Paphos with a lot of heavy luggage.
  While I was in the car the taxi driver was very rude to me, she wouldn't let me have my handbag next to me because that's where her handbag goes she said even tho that was my seat.
  I was told from the their office before my booking that they would take me right outside my house but the taxi driver was screaming at me when asked her to take me outside my house and left me with all the heavy luggage at least 1km from my house.
  This happened 4 year's ago.
  Today 11/25/2017 I called Travel Express again in hope to be served this time as I don't know any other transportation in Cyprus.
  The guy on the phone was very rude to me and he would not explain to me whether their taxi could take me from Paphos to Limassol and he kept giving me a number that didn't exist.
  He was also very rude to me when I couldn't understand the number's he was saying as he wasn't very clear when he was talking to me.
