I went to this restaurant during a business trip. Before sitting at the restaurant we asked if we could have an invoice under the name of our company and the staff said yes. The food was good and the service at the table as well. But when the time for payment came, they refused to give us an invoice and, shouting and not letting us speak, they throw the bill on us and told us to leave. This happened both with a waiter and with the manager. The manager of the restauran was extremely rude and at some point left us and told us to leave the place, after throwing the bill on us again. In the end we left without invoice because it was impossible to communicate with them. Customers should never be treated in such an irrespectful way!

Disgusting: two dead fishes and a dying one in the aquarium for decoration. No underwater plants. Asked the staff who cares for the aquarium but the waiter just grinned at me. I want dead fish on my plate, not in the aquarium! ANIMAL CRUELTY!

Visited this place 7-8 times and mostly loved the location. The last time was the last. I asked whether they had fresh fish. The lady waiter pointed at the outside counter. I said I didn't think it was fresh, as I saw the octopus in the same position one month ago. And another waiter, who obviously wasn’t the member of the owner’s close circuit, later confirmed that this was mainly a decoration. No problem. I just wanted to make sure they had the fresh one elsewhere. After some time the waiter apologized and said they won't serve us. I tried to explain to the owner what happened and mentioned that we were the old customers and didn’t actaully have a problem, but she was very arrogant and even didn't want to listen.
The end of the story for me and my family.
Never again.
If you still want to eat there just keep quite and eat whatever they serve. Don’t ever question if it is fresh or not:).

Very unfriendly and unprofessional service. We were refused to be served because we ordered too little (one calamari meal and one village salad and one big bear for 2 people with 2 kids) and we had to leave. It goes against the hospitality Cyprus has been known for.

This place is great. I was sceptical based on the reviews but we had fresh fish & mussels and they were yum! Good service too. It's not super cheap as it's on the water but you get what you pay for. Worth a visit :)

Beautiful decor and ambience by the water or in the main building on cold winter evenings.
Excellent preparation, fresh, excellent value. Michaelis and the lunch team were the perfect hosts. Thank you guys, you helped make great day for my Papa and I 😎

Today my wife and daughter (2,5 years old) have experienced this "top" restaurant service. While waiting for the service, the kid was calmly playing near the table. The administrator has suddenly started to yell on them, without any reason, using mostly vituperative expressions. She behaved as a psycho, she could not stop herself. She yelled on the service men asking to get rid off my wife's stuff and child's carriage. The kid did no loud sound, no harm, no abuse, NOTHING. My wife was chocked, she never experienced anything similar. She wanted to call the police but the kid was so scared so she decided to return directly to home. DO NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE!

We had 3 types of fish all of which we over cooked and rubbery. The tuna was completely white the whole way through. However the really shocking things was the staffs reaction when we told them. We were very polit but simply pointed out that the meal not nice and we felt it was over cooked. They said that was how it was supposed to be and then avoided our tabel. We eat late at about 10 and I think they had just reheated things that had been cooked earlier.

I have enjoyed the calamari, one of the best in paphos. The restaurant has a great location. It is however a bit of a tourist trap, it's expensive as hell.
