Excellent service. Very nice car, almost new, functioning perfectly. We signed the papers in 5 minutes (or less), in the airport, they waited for our delayed plane, plus the long queues to get out of the pass control, very helpful in setting up the GPS. Baby seat and GPS complimentary, no other deposits or guarantees, we could pay in cash, which was hepful, since I only carry debit, not credit cards. Would definitely come back to them and only to them.

Excellent service provided by Sure Drive. Sergios was expecting us at the arrivals, the car was waiting just outside, nice small car, he gave us Gps for free. Very good value. Highly recommended. Will use again when in Cyprus.

I highly recommend Sure Drive Car Rent. Excellent service, brought the car right to our hotel. Their price isn't very low, but unlike most other companies, they don't ask for any deposit, which was 250 or even 500 euro in other companies. And by adding njust 10 euro you don't pay more than 200 euro even if there is an accident/damage to the car - which we fortunately didn't have :) They speak English, Greek and Russian, and provided GPS without any additional charge.

I highly recommend this service, very courteous and couldn’t help enough. We were met inside the airport and Sergio the manager even set up our Satnav. The car was perfect for our needs and the same with departure we were met at the airport.
Sure drive came highly recommended by a local airport company that uses them all the time.

Historically I've been averse to using the smaller/local providers however after my experience this week (Nov 2017) I wouldnt hesitate to book them again ever. They are the most courteous, helpful guys you can meet. Professional to the core bang on time at the place they say they will be for the pick up and drop. Communicating with them is always easy and they are easily accessible unlike some of the bigger providers They don't try to sell you any add-ons. There aren't any hidden charges and with Sure Car Hire what you see is what you get

We had a hard time at the gas station (Petrolina; Larnaca Airport) trying to fill up our tank before returning our car, and we had a flight to catch early in the morning. They agreed to help us out right after we called them, and they were there at the departures area to meet us (we handed them the cash that we would have paid at the gas station, and they didn't charge us extra). Excellent service all throughout! Highly recommended!

Excellent service! Our flight arrived early, we got in touch and their representative arrived at the airport within 5 minutes. 5 minutes after that we picked up the car from right outside airport arrivals. At the end of our holiday we dropped the car off at departures right outside the airport. Excellent friendly service, fairly new car in great condition and very good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Only 5 star because I can't give 6. I did a lot of research on hire firms in advance of our trip and was really encouraged by the reviews for Sure Drive. They are really responsive and helpful and the true test came when I was hit from behind by a speeding taxi (I've never had a bump in 30 plus years of driving). Sure Drive were really helpful, put me at ease and made the whole process very simple with personalised service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

After reading some horror stories regarding renting cars in Cyprus I was rather apprehensive about renting. I done my research and decided to go for sure drive and was not disappointed. Overall perfect service, friendly and helpful people to deal with and communication was easy via whatsapp. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who has concerns regarding renting.

Been using Sure Drive in Larnaca for 10 months and honestly, the best I've had to date. Really recommend any of you to get in touch with them for short or long term rent.
Prices are great, the cars are in good condition and the service is incredible they try to build real mutually beneficial relations with their customers. Just to give you a taste.. I bumped the car in March whilst parking. My excess was 400 euros. Went to Ford to ask for a quote for the repair, 1200 euros. Called Sergios, the owner of sure drive and told him about the accident. The car was fixed and in perfect condition for 200. He helped all the way. So if you are looking for real professionals in the car rental industry, give them a call!

The best rent-a-car company I have ever used. I found them by chance as their premises were close to my hotel. I called them, in five minutes I had the car: small, automatic, no deposit, no credit card, decent price. Bonus, I left it at the airport. Keep the good work, guys!

A first class experience from start to finish. For a family with two young children, they couldn't have been more helpful and the child car seats were excellent.

We would definitely use them again next time we come to Cyprus.
