  Great pork rib sandwich but the pork is a little bit on the expensive side

  The Food Quality is amazing (better than the Subway in the States) but the service makes no sense!
  
  Takeaway is only available at weird times through out the day. It's not consistent. One day, they can bring you food during the day. Another day, you will have to wait until the evening to be able to order food. What is even more weird is that you cannot call in to have them prepare a meal and have it delivered by the time they decide to start delivering (whenever they decide that time is). If the restaurant is open anyway from 9 am until 2 am, and we call in during the afternoon, Why decline us and tell us to call later for takeway? You lose money as a business this way. Besides, how is this justified? And, even if they do bring your food, it's always cold!
  
  Don't get me wrong, if you eat at the restaurant and eat the meal properly, it is amazing. But the service is absolutely preposterous. This restaurant would be deserving of 5 stars if the food service made sense.

  Medium-Low quality of ingredients, even felt that the teriyaki was not cooked enough. Didn’t have the hearty Italian bread and no sweet corn. Even their wifi was not working and paying 8.50 euros for a sandwich and a bottle of water is too much.
