  4 weeks ago we purchased a Samsung J5 from this shop. Within days the phone was hot when charging and my son said that some of the apps would not work from the screen, it would also freeze and turn itself off and the back of the phone was hot..
  Stephanie's sent the phone off to be repaired which they said would take one week. 3 weeks later we received a phone call to say that the phone has liquid damage and is not under the guarantee. My son had not been to a pool or any beach and had not spilt anything on the phone which is clear as when you take the battery out none of the stickers have water damage or have peeled off.
  Once the phone arrived back at the shop we spoke to the manager who was no help whatsoever. He even said that the damage that was caused looks a lot older than it should, so basically we have been sold a faulty phone at their expense.
  At this point all we wanted was credit for the phone and to buy another one which was another €200 on top which we were willing to pay as my son needed a phone. They were not even willing to do this for us
  In the end we went to the Mall and bought my son another new phone with a guarantee that covers EVERYTHING.
  We will never return back to Stephanie's as they were not understanding, very un-helpful and actually didn't seem to care
  Check the guarantee when you buy from this shop and if you have any problems with your electrical's then I wish you all the luck in the world to get it sorted

  The cheapest in the market..they improve a bit their quarantee policy..used to be bad now is bareable
