Η Κρατική Πινακοθήκη Σύγχρονης Κυπριακής Τέχνης στεγάζει σε μόνιμη βάση την Κρατική Συλλογή Σύγχρονης Κυπριακής Τέχνης. Στην Πινακοθήκη τηρείται αρχείο καλλιτεχνών, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει βιογραφικά και εργογραφικά τους στοιχεία, αρχείο διαφανειών και αρχείο φωτογραφιών. Λειτουργεί, επίσης, βιβλιοθήκη τέχνης, η οποία εμπλουτίζεται κάθε χρόνο με εκδόσεις του τομέα της ιστορίας και θεωρίας της τέχνης, καταλόγους μεγάλων διεθνών εικαστικών εκθέσεων, μονογραφίες σημαντικών ιστορικών και σύγχρονων καλλιτεχνών κ.ά.

A small exchibition of Cypriot modern art of the twentieth century in a very beautiful old and beautiful building in the heart of old town Nicosia. There are very nice paintings very characteristic of Cyprus modern art. The gallery though is very basic, without a guide printed or in audio, and very little information next to the actual excibits!
