  I was just refused the use of a toilet for my 7-year old daughter who was about to pee her pants while shopping. Thanks, very polite and considerate. I hope you feel good about your selfes.

  has everything about sports, a bit warehouse look and feel but you can ask the personnel to point you out to the floor or section. could use an update and better organisation.

  While the store boasted an impressive selection of products, I couldn't help but notice the lack of staff available to assist customers. The shortage of employees created multiple issues throughout my visit. It was difficult to find knowledgeable assistance when I had questions or needed guidance regarding specific products. This resulted in delays and frustration, especially when I was waiting for shoes.

  Terrible manager on the picture! Who does not know at all anything about customer service. And not even trying to find solution.
  I came to the shop today with my 5 yo daughter and myself I’m 7 months pregnant. We spent quite sometime at the shop and my little one asked me where is the toilet (it was emergency for her). So I came to this lady on the cashier asking where is the washrooms?
  Somehow in this big 2 floors store the was not washrooms for costumers…even for emergency!!!
  So i kindly asked this lady to help me somehow (as they definitely have toilet and yih can't ask child to wait until you find other place to go.
  Very rude i've been told: its my problem...
  when i asked a manager to come snd help-she said she is manager...she didn't introduse herself, she denied to tell me customer servis phone number. Plus she was shouting at me that she will call police as i took her picture... but what if evem in emergency case emploee how called herself manager is shouting at the pregnant woman.
  Deffenetly she shoud not work with people. Plus thd reviews one after another are bed with same comments - rude stuff.

  Sometimes you find great deals, sometimes you pay an arm and a leg, it is a hit or miss, we try to only go when they have big sales or find things on clearance.
  
  Overall it’s not a bad store; I would recommend over most other Cyprus stores that sale the same or similar items.

  Σημερινη μου εμπειρια.. Μια υπαλληλος για εξυπηρετηση πελατων στο ισογειο, μια στον πρωτο οροφο οι οποιες υπολογιστε να λειπουν συνεχως για να τα φερουν απο την αποθηκη μια στα ταμεια και μια υπευθυνη για ενα καταστημα 2όροφο. αλλες τιμες στα ραφια και αλλες χρεωνονται στο ταμειο. Σπαταλησα 2 ωρες για να καταλαβω στο ταμειο οτι τα παπουτσια που διαλεξα ηταν πιο ακριβα απ'οτι εδειχνε στην ετικετα και το ενα λερωμενο.. ποτε μα ποτε ξανα.
