  Seems that they may be acting as middlemen helping criminals change names and nationality. Very professional though.

  We have purchased a property through sold on Cyprus a little over a year ago now and plan to visit in April.
  Due to a very busy year we have not had much time to organise a trip to stay at our lovely home in Cyprus.
  We both would like to thank all the staff at sold on Cyprus that helped us through the purchase. They organised a viewing trip for us free of charge no pressure selling was to be seen at all. The apartment we stayed in was lovely in kapparis on a new complex very close to shops and bars. We was taken to view some lovely properties in all areas to get a feel of what area we would like to buy in. Very helpful staff helped us through the purchase and after the purchase. We would recommend a visit to Cyprus to take a look at some properties you will not be disappointed sun here we come. 🌞

  A massive thank you to Sold on Cyprus.
  
  A little story about how we ended our journey in Cyprus. We had been talking about when and where we would like to retire for a few years and were watching and recording all the programs about moving abroad and we decided to book tickets for the "A place in the sun" expo in Birmingham to have a good look around and gather as much info as we could. After walking around for about an hour we decided to get a coffee and have a look at all the mags we had collected from various exhibitors. Cyprus was the front runner for our search because Sue had been there a couple of times before and loved the country and the people. I had never been, a few of my friends had and always raved about holidaying in Cyprus, so I trusted her and agreed to moving there if we could find something that suited us and Sue's mum.
  
  We decided to visit the people advertising properties for sale in Cyprus. We spotted Sold on Cyprus first, so we had a little chat with them and decided to have a look at the others promoting the island. About half an hour later we went back to Sold on Cyprus because we felt that they could offer us what we wanted to buy and the other exhibitors were trying to sell us something totally not suitable for our needs.
  
  Sold on Cyprus were more interested in us and our needs than trying to sell a property that we didn't want. This company is so professional in everything they do and the help and advice we had from them is second to none. We returned home and started our search with them and very quickly found our dream home and moved in at the beginning of April.
  
  We cannot thank or praise this company enough for the care they have given us before and after our move and we are now part of their family they have built over the years. We have already recommended them to all of our friends in the UK thinking about moving to Cyprus.
  
  A very big thank you especially to Denise and Chris and all the team who made this happen for us.

  An experienced professional company if you are looking for an investment or second home in Cyprus. They handle everything in house making the customer experience as simple and low maintenance as you could ever hope for. If you are thinking of investing in Cyprus then getting in touch with them will be worthwhile.

  For a number of years my wife Gwen and I have been looking for a property in Cyprus for our retirement. We had taken many holidays in the Limassol and Paphos area and we viewed many properties with a selection of agents.
  
  We then made contact with Sold on Cyprus with a view to look at some property in the same area. This contact was with Chris Biggins and he informed us that we could arrange a visit and view property in his portfolio.
  
  Sometime after this Gwen and I visited the Place In The Sun show at the NEC and saw the stand occupied by Sold On Cyprus. We started to take to a guy on the stand and after a few moments realised this was Chris Biggins we had been in contact with.
  
  We agreed that on our next visit we would arrange with Chris to meet up and view some property. During the next weeks we looked and many properties and Chris also kept in touch and suggested we should also look on the east side of Cyprus before we made up our minds.
  
  Well as they say the rest is history. We visited in December 2013, drove over from Paphos and met up with Chris and were shown around the east area of Cyprus taking all the time to show all the points of interest. We decided that this was the area for us and after lunch we looked at some properties and very much liked one. We returned 3 days later and agreed to purchase.
  
  Sold on Cyprus staff have been more like friends than agents and from start to finish, and still continues, they all have put in so much support and care to ensure we had a trouble free experience.
  
  Chris has been great and given so much time to sort out things we would not get from certainly an agent in the UK. Denise took the time to meet us over coffee and then to assist with the legal aspects.
  
  The whole experience has been great and being that we were dealing with most of the purchase from the UK we felt secure in the fact that these professional, attentive and friendly people were looking after our business.
  
  We thank you all and special thanks to Chris for all the “local knowledge” he has used for us and continues to do even now. We hold the team at Sold On Cyprus as friends practically Chris and his wife Sylvia who have been fantastic.

  From Rodney & Tracy to Chris Biggins (Via Gary Whiston - Sold on Cyprus)
  
  Tracy and I have always wanted to move to Cyprus and several weeks ago we decided to seriously 'take the plunge'. So we trawled the usual sites for agents, their properties and those useful sites with all the tips and advice etc.
  
  Finally we settled with Sold on Cyprus and was introduced to Chris Biggins and their Inspection Trip. Suffice it to say, it was the best thing to have happened - 'you get what it says on the tin'. On our departure to Cyprus, we wondered what we might get and whether it would live up to our expectations. It has exceeded them.
  
  Armed with our preselected 'list' of properties, we were picked up,by Chris, from the airport at silly o,clock and taken to a sea view villa. Next morning we began the inspections of areas and houses. Chris was all you could wish for and we are certainly glad we had him as our guide and mentor. During this time he covered and answered all the questions. Having selected our house,he arranged for us to meet and for us to instruct a 'reputable' Solicitor and for us to open a Bank account.
  
  We are now awaiting on the necessary 'searches' in order to proceed further.
  
  Tracy has dubbed him the 'Dream Maker'.
  
  We have no doubts that as the transaction progresses the ongoing after sales service will also be as impressive.
