The guys at Sixt Nicosia were very courteous and helpful, and let us have the car 2 hours earlier than planned. Would recommend them.

This company totally disappointed us. We had a deal to rent a nice car for 3 days. We came there, we had all requirements done (21 years old with 3 years of driving experience). When It was almost set, the told us they need to block 200euros from the credit card of the driver (that was me). I had only cash with me and some card that I took with me with little amount of money on it, because I wanted to be careful. So I didnt have 200 euros there. That was a big problem for them. I told them I can give them these 200 euros in cash, they didnt accept it. I also told them they can use credit card of my boyfriend, the also didnt accept it because He wasnt a driver. And he couldnt be a driver because he didnt have a 3 years experience of driving. So we ended up with not having a car that day. I wanted to drive so much so I managed to be sent money from my homecountry, but when we called them on another day, our booked car was already rented by somebody else. Instead they offered us a different car which was much more expensive (double price for only one day). So I was veeery disappointed by their service ! I dont recommend this company to anyone. They only want to make a business and they dont care about the satisfaction of their customers.

Last summer I went to rent a car in the Sixt company. Cause of the good recommendations on google, we reserved a car on internet. However, when we arrived we couldnt rent the selected car because there was no deposit (200 euros) on my creditcard. There was no mention of any deposit during the booking process. We offered to pay 200 euros in cash, by pin, or transaction, but this wasnt accepted. Only the next day, I could arrange enough money on my creditcard to reserve the deposit. Since they were the only place in town left with cars for rent, we were forced to hire a Volkswagen Golf for 1 day for the stunning price of 153 euros. Staff wasn't helpful and didn't care at all. Next time I rent a car, I will definitely not choose for Sixt.

Top service and very competitive real prices. The staff has been very professional and helpful. I've rent an almost brand New VW Golf which was clean and flawless and was driving like New! Highly recommended to everyone looking for an easy, safe and professional way to rent a car in Cyprus!

Excellent service ,fast pick up 5 minutes tops. And vehicle given was clean and new with low millage. Recommend it! Definitely going to use them again!
