  The staff was very helpful. They were super eager to help us out and explain each and every single item in their store that we needed more info about. Very professional and down to earth with the right words at hand to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Would definitely visit again 5/5

  I bought something which was not working anymore after 5 times. I called and they said they would change it if I come to the shop. I come the day after and they tell me they have to keep it and I will have to come back again (I dont have a car and they didn't explain me that on the phone).
  They finally tell me they will send it to another place next to my work and that I could go pick it up next monday.
  I go there next monday and they tell me it s not ready, they will send me a text when it is.
  I receive a text, I go there, they tell me it is finally not in Limassol but in Aya Napa Mistake from the shop. They request it to come 4 days later and I would have to Book again a car, for the 3rd time D'ont recommend.

  Apart from the extraordinary range of products (here I found all the things I wanted and all the things I didn't know I wanted), this shop delivers great quality products in a relaxed and discrete environment. Crazy idea gifts for your friends, your lovers and yourself. Do not hesitate to discuss your needs with the staff, their expertise will satisfy you literaly to the maximum. Being a customer since 2015 the least I can say is thank you and give you a 5 star review for the great customer service. Auf Wiedersehen

  Professional, friendly and private is what characterizes this shop. I made an order and it was packed and delivered the next day in a discreet package. While unpacking I noticed that a part was missing and I called them. Within the next 24 hours they sent me the part along with a gift. Instant customer service. They know how to keep their customers happy. I definitely recommend them.
