Beautiful place but the staff are very rude. Don't accept room 161 it awful. Really small and You'll be looking at a white wall as your view. We were not going to pay £4200 for 2 adults and a child for that.

The all-including experiences is great. The hotel as nice options of restaurants you can try instead of the usual buffet. However, this place isn’t in the center of Ayia Napa so you better take a ride with a car or taxi (not that bad.. 5 min drive)

This hotel is Amazing!!! The staff work incredibly hard and nothing is too much of an ask. Stopped at reception on our way out to ask about the A.C. in our room, and was told the system is switched off as it was April, not really a problem but got back to our room after a morning out to find a nice big fan in there. Perfect. Everything is clean, the mix of food on offer is something I've never seen at an all inclusive resort before, they cater above and beyond and is high quality food and cooked fresh everyday. We will defenetly be returning here

Lovely setting fir a wedding, few issues with the wedding service, lots of issues with rooms for a few people. Nothing was done to help, but may have been more down to Thompsons!!

Stayed at better hotels but the quality of the food was superb. This hotel is being refurbished at the end of this season and so will be a lot nicer then. It is nice just a little run down. The room need a revamp

We have been here for 5 days with the whole family. We celebrated our mom 70th birthday. The most extraordinary about this hotel, is the service. From the bellboy to the manager. The whole staff are very serviciall. Everybody wanted us to fill good. There is free wifi all over the hotel. From the lobby through the pool and in the rooms. The pool and Surrounding facilities are suitable for children and for adults to.
The food is fine. Should be improved in it's variety and accuracy. All of the hotel is very clean, the rooms, the public areas and the dining room.
The entertainment crew did a wonderful job. In the evenings and in the pool during day time. The guests service desk wad very helpful. We needed a projector for a birthday clip and they helped us immediately.
The hotel doesn't have a private beach, but there's one very close.
For summary :
Most chances we will come back for our next vacation.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to. From the moment we arrived we had nothing but smiles and good service.
We recommend rooms 610-620. These are the best rooms. They all have private gardens, some have private pools, and they have 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet and sink and another one with just a toilet and sink. These rooms are also right next to the bar, the kiosk, the playground and most importantly, the main pool. We recommend room 615.
The food quality was amazing. If you want to book for the Cypriot restaurant or the Japanese restaurant then do it the second you arrive as they get booked up quickly. The main restaurant was what we are in every day. The food was so nice- especially the meat. Every night they had a different theme of food. All the staff were really nice and friendly.
The entertainment was absolutely amazing. There was entertainment for adults and kids all day every day including water sports and dry games. There was a mini disco twice a day for kids where they danced to various songs. In the evening there was a different show every night.
The hotel is in a great place too. It is a minute away from a supermarket, across the road from Landa Beach, and a fifteen minute walk away from Nissi Beach.
There was lots of food and drink during the day too- all part of the all inclusive.
A big hello to all the entertainment team- Warren, Beth, Kyle, Lauren, Louis, Freya, Ryan, Joe and Charlotte! And also- all the kids club and Daisy, all the bar staff and Stavros and all the waiters and waitresses from the Royal main restaurant.
Definitely come to this hotel it was an 11/10 experience for us.

Absolutely amazing, got married here, 20 people on a 2 week holiday and not one of them had a bad word to say. From the beautiful rooms to the stunning setting and facilities available to the delicious and varied food I would not be able to find fault if I tried. Thank you so much to everyone who made our holiday and wedding as incredible as they were! Looking forward to coming back some time soon!
