Bought 2011 Mercedes showing 50k miles. When we had the car inspected at mechanic for engine trouble, it turned out according to diagnostics that two major parts were changed at 305,000 miles and the second at 320,000 miles. The mileage were reversed by dealer and now we are litigating. Apparently we are not the only ones who have been duped like this, there are at least 12 other cases like ours according to the law firm which are going for trial.
