I am an Independent Personal Trainer.
I work with clients in my Gym and in their home, with an aim to Helping people meet their personal fitness and exercise goals, encouraging and
Helping People to achieve a greater level of fitness.
I Evaluate the health history of every client, and then we discuss an excercise health programme together prior to starting the training sessions.
I can help people in all levels of fitness with a full range of excersize stratagies, and can also accomadate those with limited mobility.

I have been a Professional handball player, Playing in the national handball team of Latvia since 2002.
Took part at European championship qualifying Tournament in Warszaw and have long term experience in also volleyball, basketball, and light athletics.
