When you went to rest in Cyprus, using the My Cyprus Transfer service, having read about it in advance of different reviews. And indeed we were met there by a very good-natured and polite driver who spoke Russian perfectly. He helped us with the Luggage and the discomfort will be placed in the excellent interior of his car. During the holiday, the Transfer service was no matter where by the way and the driver always advises what and when it is better to visit and this he perfectly complemented the vacation. It is also nice that there were no problems with the price, since it was known for earlier confirmation of the order. Recommended!

We were to be driven from ayia napa to nicosia mall and e-mailed home addresses of the hotel and center. Still, we were driven to the wrong center and were told we had to get to the nicosia mall which would take us 2.5 hours! Told the driver that it was not going to happen! and i had paid him to drive us to nicosia mall (we were dropped off at cyprus mall) showed him the e-mail which he himself had confirmed where it was also extensively stated at nicosia mall.
Unsatisfied he drove us to the nicosia mall and the mood of the car was very awkward. He did not apologize or regret it! Really poor service! Don't drive with them! Really bad service!

They left us in the middle of nowhere, with a short notice that price had risen almost in twice. We tried to explain that we had agreed a week ago about the exact price, they confirmed it. Unfortunately, the guys just were being rude and did want to keep their promises about the transfer.

I do not recommend those guys, don't keep their own promises, definitely not customer friendly and didn't even apologize.

The transfer was arranged a week before and in the late evening, just before agreed time next morning, they wrote an email that they want to increase the amount of money from 80€ to 150€. This gets even worth considering we were in abandoned village with no people around.
