  Michael's Tavern is one of those places that sticks in your memory from golden holidays. I would visit Cyprus purely to go there. Michael is so welcoming and an excellent host (I first visited in 2004 ish and then was not back for a few years. Michael recognised me and welcomed me with open arms). Food is superb, atmosphere is great, wine and drink flows and the music is just excellent). I can't recommend this place enough.
