  The hotel is very good! The staff is very kind! For the breakfast the hotel offers big variety of meals, bread, vegetables, fruits, etc. The rooms are clean and big. The SPA center is with good quality, but sometimes the swimming pool is closed at the evening because of other activities on it. The restaurant on the last floor is very good and meals are delicious. The restaurant manager and waiters are very kind!

  We were playing roulette and we asked for some drinks. Drinks came very late and we finished already our money and the waitress even asked if we came for playing or just drinks.
  From that day onwards i never went there.

  Merit hotel lefkosa has the worst customer service in all of Cyprus, EXTREMELY racist hotel especially if you're black Kick people out for little or no reason at all

  Great hotel, with attention to details. Complimentary fruits, sweets, water, coffee and tea. Room is equipped at a 5* level, even iron and board.
  Casino is totally worth visiting, for those who like gambling. Just keep in mind that it's a smoking place.

  In this casino I met the worst and rudest managers ever! They were so mean and deaf to what a client needs!
  Please, never go to a turkish casino! You won't find professionals there, only "stealing" your money!!
