The zoo is ok and situated within the municipal park.Don't look for signs for the zoo,there aren't any.It's on the map tourist information will give you.To be honest im on holiday till 07.04.2018 and enjoying myself.If you are used to visiting wild life parks you might be disappointed,and the paddocks and cages are a little small but it's not for me to critisise.They look fed and healthy.Im.sure the kids will love it.It's hot so most animals want to be on the beach and not really up for entertaining us.Have a great holiday.To be fair the animals in zoo's in England sleep when it's hot too,and nobody told them they are here to entertain the humans.I got close to the creatures i was allowed to and that was nice.The cages and paddocks do need to be bigger in my opinion.

Unfortunately, I’ve been in Limassol during the Easter. Which was a public holiday in Cyprus and everything was closed during this Easter Holidays including the zoo.
The doors was open as you access the playground area only however the animal area was closed.
Therefore, I just can’t rate this place accordingly!

Limassol zoo offer's many games to children combination with many animals, snakes, birds and insects. It is not cost a lot of money and easily you can pass a great time having your childresn happy

Deserves supporting; some solitary animals but they are in with other species, and Is seen same in bigger uk zoos. Small but for 5 euro ok, situated close to centre on sea front number 30 tourist bus stops near. After bad press in early 2000, make over in 2012 means deserves a second chance.

The zoo, which I didn't enter, is within the Limassol Municipal Garden. The garden is a lovely place to walk and sit. For the zoo - they don't accept credit cards, and they didn't want to accept a 50 euro bill for the 5 euro entrance fee.

Pretty small and not a great selection of animals although the others are great fun to watch! Took about an hour to take a steady walk round in the heat. It is cheap but i would save your money and visit Paphos zoo as there's are many more animals, shows etc.

The zoo was very entertaining and there was a lot of great animals but I didn't like the fact that beside expensive entrance fee there was additional costs for example feeding birds for 2 euro or feeding giraffe for 10 euro per person. The bird show was awesome and I recommend it to everyone :)

This "zoo" is very small. It is located in a park in central city of Limassol. There are just a handful of animals, some of them didn't seem in such a good shape. We prefer by far the Paphos Zoo where you can see the animals from up close and they seem healthier.

Even though the zoo is not huge, there are quite a lot unusual animals (kangaroos, hyppos, flamingo etc.), therefore the overall experience is a good value for money.

The recent renovations have made the zoo a lot better! Its a nice place to spend some time with the family even though its very small there are some other parks within the municipal grounds. There is also a small cafe inside the zoo to get some nibbles! Make sure you see the otters!
