  Very nice comfortable villa. It was very, very clean when we arrived. Great location, close to many activities. The LA Mer team was very responsive when we had a problem with one of the ACs. We really enjoyed our stay.

  We was stayed in villa Blue Paradise for ten days.We found a dusty villa upon arrival. They sent staff to clean, but that cleaning lasted only 10 minutes.
  
  The hygiene in the villa was really questionable. The pool was dirty and was cleaned only twice in 10 days.
  
  The pictures as they are on the website and on the Internet do not justify the price in reality.
  
  The staff is really kind and they tried to solve all our complaints as soon as possible, but our stay was far from what we expected🤷‍♀️

  Our stay at L A MER homes was extraordinary..the villa we rented had all amenities, excellent WIFI, within walking distance to Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach and the hub of Protaras..the reservation staff was very helpful, responsive and welcoming. This is not our first experience with L A MER homes and it won’t be the last.

  I had the villa booked to attend a friends wedding near by, we arrived at night, the directions were good and we managed to locate the villa easily.
  To park on the drive there is quite a big step to get up from the road outside, it would benefit from a concrete tapered step to make it easier.
  The villa is well equipped, the only thing we didn't have were tea towels. There were some basic tea and coffee making provisions. A welcome pack would be a nice touch.
  local shops near by sell most things you will need.
  
  The next morning we could see the lovely patio area with lots of room if there were 6 guests, given we were just a couple we loved the open space and pool area. The pool was too cold to use the first few days but warmed up slightly.
  I would book the villa again, the management company were great and communicated well.
  Due to the time we visited a lot of local bars ad restaurants were closed but we expected this, I would like to come back during a busier period to see what it is like.
  
  We were sorry to leave the villa and Cyprus.

  Our stay was great - had Villa Florence,all equipment and level of tidynes in order.Swimming pool clean and house around well maintained.
  Internet speed approx 30 mb.
  Ladies in the office beyond expectations, especially Stavroulla ,who help us organized everything 😄
  Very enjoyable stay.Really recommend L.A.Mer agency.
