  Этот отель явно знавал лучшие времена. Ужасная звукоизоляция, а точнее отсутствие таковой, практически полувековая сантехника, невозможность нормально регулировать подачу горячей воды в ванной, отваливающиеся светильники на балконе
  В то же время удобные кровати, просторные номера, разнообразная посуда, приличный завтрак

  Friendly service run by a family. Rooms are large and clean but are quite outdated, but all facilities are functional. Homemade Briekfast was very tasty. To sum up: everything is worth it's low price tag. Been to worse places that cost much more.

  We stayed for one night. We made our booking via phone about a week before arriving, and were told of the room charges - 40 euros for each studio, and 50 for each one bedroom flat.
  
  Extra charges without prior notification: On checkout, we were asked to pay 50, instead of the specified 40 euros, for each of the two studio flats we rented. We were also charged an additional 5 euros for each extra person in the room (I'm still unsure of this charge - we had one extra person in each of the three rooms, and got charged for two extra people for one of them!) and 5 euros for aircondition (again was no mention of an extra charge neither on check in, or when we made the booking - and no sign in the room).
  
  When we confronted the owner, who was the person in charge, about the charges she threw a tantrum and started yelling that she will waive all charges. We eventually gave up as she was very unwilling to make the effort to explain things to us, paid the full amount and left.
  
  Swmming pool: The swimming pool and pool loungers were dirty - you could see green algae on the sides and it didnt look as if it had been profesionally cleaned in a very long time. Two of us got bladder infections.
