Great, friendly service. Reliable shuttle back to the airport. Strong WiFi connection at the office. Gas station a street away. Decent cars available. Automatic cars available. Eco and gas efficient cars available. Expensive daily rate ($50 euros in May 2018). Was able to provide me on the spot when my rental Car reservation wasn’t honored by KEM/ACE nearby because they overbooked. Grateful they could accommodate my rental request for the day.

My mother surprised me by renting out a car for me for my holidays in Cyprus.

She got a budget option for a price that is normal for the season.

When we took the car, the clutch didn’t to want to come back up after stepping on it.

This caused an actual engine hesitation and erratic acceleration as the clutch spring was pushing it back up, instead of instantly, at irregular intervals that took a total of around 2 seconds until the clutch was fully retracted.

This is most probably breaking the law in any civilized country, epsecially an EU country.

When I returned the car, the employee said the car was fine and he drove it for a bit, insisting there is nothing wrong with it.

Then this was repeated with a second employee and finally a guy in a suit that seemed like a manager, all of them giving me back the same answer.

I proposed they give me a more expensive car and I pay the difference, upon which they refused.

I then asked for a refund and I actually had to argue a little before they did the refund.

I told a guy at the counter that trying to sell a broken car is unprofessional and they replied back “who are you to offend our company?!”

They did not return the online booking fee, which I only found out my mother had paid after we left the place. We did not return.

I would not go there again and do not recommend it.

I use this car rental company every time I go to Cyprus. Their service is great, their cars are good and at a very competitive price. The car lot is a short drive away from the airport, but they provide a shuttle service to and from the airport on arrival and departure.

Off airport but there is a regular shuttle and the transfer takes less than 5 minutes. Car selection is good, quality of the cars is average. Why I gave 4 stars is the customer service which is really great thanks to the local staff and Soula, the operations manager. This lady calls all customers and asking for feedback. We had some issues with the first car and got a replacement car. We told this to her and she offered us a huge discount for our next trip to compensate for the trouble. I would recommend this agent and speak up if you have any issues - they will listen!

The car was rented for a week via Economy Car Rental, the service and the car was not as expected, I wouldn't recommend using it:
1. The shuttle bus from Larnaca Airport was promised to run every 15 min, yet actually it arrived in 30 min.
2. The car was not clean, it had black signs on the doors which could be cleaned, the guy said these are from the road.
The car interior was faulty 3. The plastic things were repaired with glue (instead be replaced).
4. The gearbox (automatic) is jerking.

Have used these guys on my last 6 visits and have never had a problem. Staff are great the shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes so there is not long waiting around.

Awful service, very rude staff, especially the bald guy. Really terrible shuttle bus experience. No queuing system. Stressful. Avoid like the plague.
