  If I could put a zero I would, because that is the level of service and responsibility of the management and the staff of this store.
  We bought a Bosch washing machine from this store 2 days ago. Yesterday morning 2 people came from electroline came to deliver and install it and left us with a leaking machine! We have to drain from water because it keeps filling up without any power. There was no water pressure system installed and the people who brought it didn't even so much as notice or care to say. Maybe they are actually clueless to what they are doing that would explain why they couldn't even answer the simplest questions about the machine they have brought. It is a second day we are trying to get a hold of anybody in the office and the only person who we did manage to speak to told us they will call us back, that was yesterday and today they are not answering again.
  My advice, don't go to this store.
