  Era used to be my favourite shop back in the day when it was Debenhams and even more back when it was Woolworths.
  Then the good mid priced stock disappeared, the staff stopped being friendly and helpful and started being rude and once a woman at the changing room on the first floor verbally attacked me and other customers for trying to use the changing room to try something on. Haven't been to this shop since. I'm very sorry for what has happened to this shop. Fix it please.

  Pretty big shop with a lot of options to buy and lot of brands.
  From cheap ones to more premium.
  Staff very polite and helpful.
  Some clothes were a little bit confusing organized or in another lane that it should.
  Clean and with big change rooms.

  Used to be a very good department store, with lots of choice and price ranges to suit every class. Now it's only designers, only for the rich!

  Second visit and same result - more staff than customers. Unjustified prices. Designers brands in it's worst meaning. Not a single practical shirt or trousers. I miss the shop before its renovation, the British brands and designers. It was so much better... It deserves to close down or to bring back the its previous appearance.

  It is the biggest Debenham's store. You can almost find everything there. Staff are very frieny and serving fast. After the shopping if you want to have a coffee and some cookies the Venue Cafe is an ideal place. You can have the opportunity to watch the sea of Limassol from a pleasent location. Nice atmosphire and good service.
