Not enough to do here in the winter time as most things are closed or not enough people to go on the trips

Got here with our 3 year old daughter on Friday at 17:30, to find out there is no show today because there is no one there.
Of you're planning on catching the knight fight, call ahead.

You can spend a whole morning or afternoon here. A guide demonstrates and answers questions about the history of medieval armour. They also give instruction in archery and offer a training and sport now. You can have a go at making pottery on a manual wheel that you push round with your foot something like a medieval craftsman or woman might have done. Next to that is a stand demonstrating Cypriot embroidery and weaving with a free standing loom and you are encouraged to try. Indoors there is a huge model of Cyprus with key medieval structures created with the help of a 3D printer. This is explained by information boards and an audio guide. In the room next to the Cyprus model there is a modest café where you can get snacks and cold drinks (including the Russian drink kvass!). The day is rounded up by a sword fight between two knights and the audience is encouraged to shout out for their favourite. Whichever the audience shouts the loudest for or chooses with the most thumbs up wins. It's well worth a visit.

Nice ideas but could be expanded teamwise (armory was best). Also still missing English audioguide entries (which maybe slightly too long). But this the most reasonable activity in limassol!

Attraction for tourists, revealing the history of medieval Cyprus. There is a place for archery, pottery, Knight fights and a large 3D view over Cyprus with a electronic guide. It is not big but worth visiting, great for kids!

visited the place in a Birthday party the kids enjoyed the activities in there, it was fun.
its recommended to go there in group only to enjoy the place.
most of the place is on open space so its hot when the sun is up and its cold when its windy.
its a small place so don`t expect to spend a lot of time inside.
too much advertisement that makes you feel you are going Disney Land but its not!

Great place for under 5's but you don't know that until you get there - much smaller than expected - signage is bigger that the area !

A very welcome new activity for children of all ages. Our students, aged 13 to 17 thoroughly enjoyed the sword fighting show and archery especially!
