On a cycling holiday in Cyprus, I had a little fall and my gears looked bent. Found Cycle Love and popped in about getting a new derailleur. Tony talked me out of it and told me to bring my bike in first thing next day so he could have a look and get it fixed that day before the bank holiday. It didn't need replacing, the hanger was just bent, which he straightened. He also sorted gears back to working, and cleaned my chain down. Couldn't do enough for me and the charge was minimal.

A brilliant mechanic saved me from a long walk back to Limassol (or taxi) today when I had to stop at the shop with one badly damaged tyre that kept on puncturing the inner tube. The mechanic was amazing, friendly to talk to and got me back on the road within minutes by fitting a new tyre and inner tube. When I thought I was in trouble I couldn't believe my luck that the mechanic saved my day. This is the best customer service I've had from a bike shop. Thankyou.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Mechanic quickly fixed my Shimano R505 hydraulic shifter. Those guys love bikes!
