They installed cosmos wireless the 12 or 14th of July. They told us that we can pay between the 1 to 7th of each month for internet. Today, the first of august they cut our internet. And forced us to pay from the 1st to the end of the month. They offer micro routers which they charge for 50 or 60 euros. That price range for 2.4ghz transmitter is ridiculous. It comes with 3 internet sockets, so be wary you will have to buy a proper router with antennas if you wish for higher speeds at longer distances. Also compared to competitors their 60 euros for 60 down and 12 up is highly overpriced. Some providers deliver 100/100 for 65 euros.
For some reason it is impossible to communicate (quite difficult as a communication company). After being a satisfied customer for years, I am now dealing with a company that does not respond to anything and hides itself. Commitments from the management are not executed with the result that I have been waiting for two months for a connection to my new home. The temporary solution that Cosmos Wireless would deliver 1.5 months ago is still to come and the management is no longer responding. The staff points to the management, as no statements can be made. What is going on? This is not the service that I was used to, it will go too well, or they will put their heads under the sand if a mistake is made.
For the completeness: this is regards an installation in Limassol (so not Paphos), but it is the same company.
You say you are a professional company and yet you replied to this a year later... My application is a year and a half old and i still didnt get a reply if i can get coverage at my area... And that one star i gave you is so i can make a comment. Thank you Cosmos Wireless!

Compared to other providers I have found Cosmos to be very efficient and a steady internet provider. I have also found that if anything goes wrong, which is rare they are very quick to respond. I would advise Cosmos to anyone in Cyprus.
