  Bought my car here. Friendly staff and good service. The car (brand new 1 series with exactly the specs I wanted, including front and rear park distance control and some other perks) was available immediately and Pilakoutas took care of the registration and everything. First service was also included. Pilakoutas offered free transfer when I bought the car and for the service. Clear recommendation.

  Walked into BMW to an empty front desk with no one to great you. I proceeded to the back office of the show room where everyone was too busy to help. they all looked at me from the corner of there eye and didnt even bother to ask me if I needed help. I'm very unhappy with the service. Very unprofessional. Do not take your hard earned money to these people that dont know how to tend to your needs. They made me feel like I am bothering them asking for the service they should provide.
