I have visited place in an all inclusive arrangement. The place was clean, adjusted to families with kids, a lot of entertainment focusing on kids as well. Some parts for adults. The disadvantage of the place in such an arrangement is the beach that is not connected to the hotel, one has to cross the street. Hotel does not have any beds or parasols at the beach, they are an extra charge. Staff is a bit loud while doing their daily activities (i.e., an early morning pool cleaning). Food is ok, could add more thing that are local to the menu. Outside the hotel is the popular Nissi beach with many bars and restaurants. Overall this part of the island is still under the development.

P.S. I have been to Taverna and based on that experience I have written that the hotel should put more effort to have more local dishes at the main restaurant. Your local food is amazing, I know that from before. I am aware that hotel has to satisfy variety of guests, but I am sure with a little of marketing hotel would benefit from promoting more local things. Also, I have visited table with local things in the main restaurant, and it was poor offer.

This is the second time we have been to this hotel, once before the big change to a family resort and both times we have a a great holiday. The hotel is spacious, very clean and has lots to offer all. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The reps work really hard to help you enjoy their facilities and their entertainment. would come back again definitely.

The best hotel around. Newly refurbished. Selection of food is unbeatable, couldn't believe my eyes. The pool is massive, clean rooms, very helpful staff, lots to do with the kids, there is a little water park for kids on the territory of the hotel as well as the kids clubs, indoor pool, gym, two restaurants apart from the main canteen, roof top bag cafe on top of the canteen overlooking the pool, amazing entertainment. There's shaded kids pool. Theres a day bar by the pool and the day bar inside the pool! They have a snack bar with donners. There's also SPA though we didn't visit, maybe next time. Will be back again. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing hotel who cater for all ages. The food served here is some of the best I have ever sampled with lots of choice and tasty.

This hotel has lots of pools and the swim up rooms are brilliant if you have younger kids as can sit on balcony while they play in the pool.

I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone

We got married at this hotel in 2015, and we had the most enjoyable experience and stay while we where there. I believe things have changed in the last few years but i can only imagine for the better. We had no complaints about this hotel at all. I miss this place a lot and it holds a place in my heart knowing that our special day was held at this hotel. I for one would love to come back to the hotel in the future to see it again and to have another enjoyable holiday. Thank you Atlantica Aeneas team for everything you did 😊

We have loved staying here and will be back again. The food is fantastic and well presented. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools are clean and the grounds are well maintained. The staff can't do enough for you. The complex boasts two in house restaurants. The Taverna is a Greek themed restaurant and your meal is free here once in your holiday as part of the all inclusive package. The food is tasty and the staff are attentive and welcoming. The Green and Grill is also free as part of the package. The service is second to none and the food is extremely high class.
My only disappointment was the pampering session costing £60 for basically a cold bath and a lack lustre massage. The massage room was very cold and so was the massage cream. I was actually shivering through it. Aside from that..10/10 :-)

From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be an amazing holiday. Super efficient check-in and although we arrived just before midnight, there were drinks, soup and sandwiches waiting. Very nice touch after a long journey.

I've been to many hotels around the world and must say, the people who work here are so friendly and ultra efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, ensuring that we were treated as special guests every day.

Rooms were lovely, we had inter-connecting that overlooked the pool. Real nice because we could nip back and forth in seconds.

Food was really nice and varied and a few times a week there was themed nights such as Mexican, Chinese as well as a separate Grill restaurant and a Taverna.

Cleanliness was second to none and constantly throughout the day someone was cleaning.

Location wise, the hotel is great. Very close to Nissi beach, enough small shops nearby and a short taxi ride to the livelier Ayia Napa.

Would I recommend this hotel absolutely!!! My family had an amazing holiday and my thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making it special.

Everything was always very clean, it looked new, the pools were good, and the food was also pretty decent. However it felt kindof weird with it all being in a concrete block so to speak, no real lawns or gardens to speak of. The pool did not have any spots deep enough to maybe dive from the edge or something, but that could also be a positive aspect if you have small children.

Great vacation!
The sea is from the state so it does not belong to the hotel itself.
Anyway everything is super:
- Entertainment
- Blue/Green Sea
- Cleaned pool
- Tasty Food
- Bar at the beach
- Beach will be cleaned by the hotel workers every day
-big and comfortable room

Really nice place. Amazing staff, really go out of their way to help you always and speak great English. As its a Family life resort there are a few nationalities ranging from English to Swedish and Russian. All seem really friendly but don't follow the English line up and wait moto in restaurants. As for rooms they all come with Free Wi-Fi and safes are free too. Rooms are clean but pretty basic. Tv channels are mainly for other nationalities only BBC NEWS. Nissi Beach across the road is really nice, but can get busy so go early. Golden sands though and clear, clean water.

Also for any English. If you want to go out in a Taxi anywhere use this taxi man. Really, really reliable, cheap and has a six seater Mercedes. Save you loads of money. Speaks great English and really friendly. His number is on my pictures on his card.

Loved it. Needed a relaxing break for the family and Aeneas fitted the bill precisely. Fantastic fun swimming pool stretching around the whole hotel gave the kids plenty to explore. Food was excellent with really great salads - catering for families immediately means pizza etc. But they made an impressive effort to educate the palates of the guests. Nissi Beach is just outside the hotel - what an amazing beach! Clear warm water that stays shallow for about 150 metres letting even my smallest enjoy the sea.
Take care to cover up and stay out of the midday sun - your not far from Egypt here.
All in all I would highly recommend this Hotel.

It's an excellent hotel. The rooms are very clear and comfortable. The staff is really friendly, and the pool is huge and amazing and i will never forget it. The breakfast is very good and tasty and it's including anything you can imagine!
