The service is perfect only the waiting hour is terrible. I was there yesterday and have waited almost 2 hours just to buy a cell phone. I have back and knee problems, so if I sit down I have a problem standing up again, but they need to do something about the waiting hours people wait much too long to get help. But when it's your turn the service is perfect. Thanks UTS 🤗

Good but slow service. They are not transparent, you have to go through allot of hoops to get info and pricing on certain services, as if they dont want you to know untill you sign a contract. That way you cant opt out and go to the cheaper competition.
