Superb lamb/chicken, so far the best on Curacao for its shawarma.

I'm a plant-based chef, and I'm really picky about the quality of food and flavor. I can say that Shwarma Station was amazing! I ordered the Falafel with a side of spicy hot sauce. The sauce was made with Scotch bonnet and packed a punch while still allowing the wonderful flavor to shine. The falafel was great; not greasy at all, the hummus was delicious, creamy, and presented beautifully and the bread is WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST Syrian flatbread I have ever tasted. They make the bread (and everything) in house. I think it may be a family business? The people working were extremely gracious and you can tell they take great pride in their work. We had just arrived to Curacao that afternoon, and were tired, so we planned on going to Subway (easy for me because I've a vegetarian), but fortunately saw the sign for Shawarma Station and it was a no brainer to stop.
