Very nice staff. Got an upgrade to a room with balcony. Manager gave us a lift to car rental places after a bad experience with one.

Such a beautiful place! Palapa has amazing views of the water with a small beach right beside it. You don't even have to leave to have a beach day. Great location as well, only about a mile away from Jan Thiel beach where a ton is always going on (restaurants, bars, beach). The condos are very well kept, spacious and breezy. And the staff - so incredibly helpful and kind! Every single person we've met has been amazing. We highly recommend this place to anyone.
