I was skeptical at first due to the reviews but I thought I'd give it a try and honestly a great experience! Must have been a change in the management or something but my experience was opposite of the prior reviews. They dropped off the car at the my requested location and provided plenty of useful information on the island! It was a great experience and they even dropped me off at the airport. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone else due to how quickly, easily and hassle free the rental experience was!

Avoid this company if at all possible.
Was told we could rent a car for $45/day, when Giovanni dropped off the car he said it was now $60 because they didn't have the smaller $45 model available , meanwhile it's the exact same model of car in the flyer with $45 listed next to it.
We were too excited to notice that red flag, we paid and took pictures of the car before. It was brought to us with just under a half tank of gas. We inquired to make sure the insurance covered EVERYTHING, Giovanni assured us it did.
The day went well, the car drove nicely (a little touchy but it's different from what we're used to). When we parked the car, we had two girls also staying at our hostel help direct us parking and we took pictures of the car, all was well.
The next morning Giovanni insists for the credit card information again and wouldn't really take "no" for an answer. He then informs us that the car now magically has a flat tire. The rim was chipped & the tire now flat while it wasn't when we parked it. All very sketchy. We told him we had pictures and witnesses that removed us from being the cause so then he just insisted on cash for the repairs. We asked him why the insurance wouldn't cover it and THEN he tells us "the insurance covers everything except flat tires." How coincidental!
Weird, sketchy, red flags everywhere. Hoping we don't see charges on our credit card when we get home.

!! Please DO NOT EVER RENT A CAR from this company !!
They tried to trick us to not give us back the deposit for the car, after a lot of calles and stress he wanted to pay us back, but with 50euro less. In the end we had almost all our money back, I think we was lucky, reading now the rewies of other people that they still wait on they're money!response / report this review -

Péssimo! Não aluguem carro por essa empresa. Cobraram um depósito de R$ 400 dólares antes da locação e questionamos diversas vezes pelo estorno e eles afirmavam que já teria feito. Tem dois meses que estamos tentando contato com o Giovani mas ele sempre responde que já solicitou o estorno. Estão engando os turistas!!

Não é confiável! Realizei um depósito de U$$ 300 que não foi reembolsado. O Giovani afirmou que a autorização seria cancelada em 5 dias, mas isso não aconteceu. Estão enganando turistas, absurdo!

Do not use them!! Rented a car while on vacation.They asked for a security deposit of $250.00. I took pics of the car before and after and even returned the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. Was told the money would be refunded my card in a couple days now here i am fighting with them trying to get it back still 2 months down the road! I repeat do not use them!

It was a really nice service, they had a good attention, they have some troubles with the responses in case of an emergency, but ignoring that problem they are a nice team to trust on.

Ich habe ein Auto bei Punda Services NV gemietet. 55$ pro Tag.. man hinterlegt ein deposit von 300$ mit der Kreditkarte bis dahin alles ok
Zuhause auf der Abrechnung seh ich dass die 55 $ abgebucht wurden am gleichen Tag auch 300$ und 3 Tage später nochmal 700$. Ich bin in Kontakt getreten hab auch mein Hotel mehrfach angeschrieben die sich ebenfalls eingeschaltet haben. Die 700$ hab ich mittlerweile wieder auf die 300$ warte ich seit 10 Tagen.
Es werden per Email Versprechungen gemacht dass das Geld zurückgebucht wurde.. aber es passiert nichts Finger weg!!!!
