Ocean Encounters took great care of us during our recent vacation and diving trip to Curaçao. We did four days of boat diving, leaving right from the dock at our resort (the Sunscape), with everything well taken care of. I even had a couple of equipment mishaps that they were more than happy to help take care of, both on the boat and back at the shop afterward. Thanks for a great time!

Thank you Peter, Lexi, Capitan Bacon (don't remember his real name but you'll know him when you visit). This was my first experience with another dive shop outside of home. I couldn't be happier with the dive masters.
Spent 5 days driving. Went to see the tug boat on the night dive! The LSD experience was probably my favorite! Don't get to excited but LSD is is the lionfish hunt dive. They teach you how to spear the invasive lionfish. The mushroom forest and blue room was beautiful.
Now most of this is Curacao but without Ocen Encounters I don't know how I could have seen it all without them. Such a fun group. And Lexi, what's a pirates favorite letter!?

It was my 1. Open Water Dive after 5 years. Everyone were very helpful and assisting me. We saw a lot of beautiful fishes and a wreck under water. Was great.

Great Dive Shop. Friendly Staff, helpful, engaged. Cannot say anything negative about the dive shop and the dive professionals. They only thing I noticed in my 5 dives is not a whole lot of fish, larger fish as sharks, turtles, barracuda, morey eels or rays. Don't know the reason or possibly the location 15 to 20 min from the dive shop. Overexposed possibly.

Dolphin dive with Captain Ingrid and dive master Lexi. They took good care of us. We booked ahead and paid online. Then everything was super smooth. Check in was fast. We forgot our PADI ID and they looked up our info online for us. We rented equipment and it was new and good quality. Their wetsuits were even branded. Short wetsuits only though. They loaded everything on the boat for us. They gave us details info about the dive and what to expect. We interacted with the dolphin, only one, for about 35 min under water. Very cool. The dolphin trainer came with the group and was having the dolphin rest it's nose on each person's hand. And the site itself was a great dive site so we enjoyed our way back as well looking at all the marine life. I even saw small turtle. We really enjoyed their attention to detail. Great operation.

Animal Encounters - terrific experience! Charlene, our guide/expert was fantastic. My first time snorkeling - Charlene was patient and reassuring and helped make the experience fun and memorable. Seeing the animals up close and touching many of them - was such a unique experience. Highly recommend!

Professional, thorough, and attentive to client needs. I had an excellent experience, will use them again, and can recommend Ocean Encounters to others planning to dive and/or snorkel while visiting Curaçao.

I dove with Ocean Encounters in Aug 2016 and found them to be a top-rate scuba facility! George and Yvonne and their whole crew were extremely accommodating and conscientious about great customer service as well as safety. Very friendly and professional! I would certainly dive with Ocean Encounters again and recommend them to anyone going to dive in Curaçao.

My wife and I came to Curacao along with some friends who had dived there before and spoke highly of OE. Well, we were not disappointed. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease. As a Divemaster I watch how staff at other dive operations interact, etc. The OE staff are top flight. My wife did her Advanced OW and Ben was an amazing instructor. Made her feel relaxed and took his time with her. Thanks Ben! Loved the diving, especially the unusual wall dive we did at the Eastern end of the island before heading over to Klein Curacao. Amazing fish life, coral, fans, sponges. Would love to come back one day.
