  Good assortment but a lot more expensive than the competition. Also, I am usually searching for products with pretty specific characteristics. The shop assistants have been known to try to sell me things I know are not what I asked for or try to sell me a great product that really isn't. Still, a positive shopping experience for me..

  A disappointment. First, as a business, you should be open at the advertised times of operation. Arriving 15-20 minutes late after the time you're supposed to be open is unprofessional. Also, a little advice, please do not follow people around the store while they are trying to simply look at items. It is very intrusive and made me feel completely uncomfortable with your staff following my every move. This is considered racial profiling in other countries. Last thing, there's no reason why a customer should not be able to hold on to a pack of hair while looking at other items in the store until they are ready to check-out. That is absolutely crazy. Again, this is borderline covert racism and unacceptable. I ended up leaving and going to another beauty supply down the street with a much better experience.

  Een teleurstelling om hier te shoppen. Ongemotiveerd personeel, hebben moeite om vragen te beantwoorden. Lopen met lang gezicht. Ook een wat oudere dame loopt met een lang gezicht. Als celebrity pro mua heb ik dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Ik was er 1,5 jaar geleden en was echt een top ervaring en kon niet wachten om te shoppen had een hele was lijst. maar die ongemotiveerde dames en rommelige make up hoek hebben deze lang verwachte shopping experience verpest. Je hoeft geen moeite te doen om hier te shoppen.
