Worst Hilton hotel rooms are old not clean the prepare fried food combine fish and meat don’t go here if you have allergic for fish because it’s dangerous. I ordered the fish and chips and there was a fried meat ball inside of the fish. They compensated me for the a part of the booking but after I left the hotel they charged a unapproved extra charge of 299.01 now I’m waiting for days to get a solution for this you have been warned not to go here. And almost forgot they closed the main pool on a Friday for a private party at 3 PM money is more important to this hotel then there guests

Stunning location! Perfect location with dnd beach and safe swimming plus beautiful infinity, warm infinity pools. Staff is totally amazing! Would love to go back.

I expected something else from a Hilton Hotel! Everything is from the 70s and quite old. It is always very loud and you can hear not only the music from the casino you can even hear people talking on the floor or in the room next to yours! And on top of that after a 11 hour flight I had to wait for more than 2 hours to get a room showing up at 4pm although the room should be available at 3pm!
The beaches are very nice and the breakfast is ok.response / report this review -

Amenities are nice as far as beach front, snorkeling options, convenience of restaurants and bars. Rooms are outdated and not in the best of shape. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a busier part of the island so perhaps better for families or people who want to be closer to the city. Not recommended for people who want quiet or a more authentic island experience.

Nice Hotel and outside area
Very nice locationfriendly people.
The rooms and apartments are very clean.
You have got enough space there.
Nice beach and pool area
The Hilton team is greatthey are so nice and friendly.
You can also rent a car there.
There is a casino where you can play.
The Hilton is near the pirate bayyou can walk in 5 minutes to pirate bay and tomatoes

This is a beautiful hotel right on the water. It's true that the rooms are a little bit dated, but if you're spending a lot of time in your room, your doing it wrong. The grounds are not only beautiful, but also interesting. The remains of an old fort are on the grounds and they have carried the motif throughout the landscaping. The swimming and snorkeling are first rate; the pool is also beautiful. The infinity pool is a great place to watch the sunset as is the Executive Lounge if you have access. There is a swing set and kiddie pool for the little ones. If you can't get an ocean view room, try for a room on the southwest end where you can still see the ocean pretty well. These are also good rooms if you like to watch the ships head into the harbor at Wilemsted.

The reviews I see about the property are very generous. This Hotel is old, it smells old and it looks old. If that is the case fine, but don't charge as if it were a 5 star, renovated property. The only nice thing is the beach. We had to stay one night because they wouldn't cancel right away and it was just a bad experience. We went to the Italian restaurant in the property and after sitting around for 20 minutes even after asking if someone could take our order, we had to leave because no one bothered, and they weren't even busy, there were two servers who apparently could not work without the other one right next to her. So two people doing a one person job (she was not in training). We ended up ordering room service and we were very specific about being vegetarian and we got a bunch of chicken in our orderjust an extremely disappointing experience. If you are going to pay the price of the Hilton, I would recommend looking at other options, this is not worth what they are charging.

All and all a great resort! Location on beach is absolutely gorgeous. Great snorkeling all around the beach area with plenty of room to lay out as well. Shuttles to town twice daily which is good because taxi fare is expensive. The rooms are nice and have an excellent view, but probably need an update. Staff was excellent though, especially room service who went all out decorating our room when they found out we were on our honeymoon!

This hotel could use some updating but the rooms are fairly nice and the staff are friendly. There is decent snorkeling within walking distance and there are plenty of organized activities. The service at the restaurants is very slow.

The vibe is cool. It is family oriented and close to the airport and shopping. Great music on Thursdays. Just overall a nice place to relax.

The Hilton is a five star property that looks like it hasn't been updated in forty years. It's casino looks like something from even longer than that. Never had to rent a card to play the slots. I will compliment their kitchen, had a very good dinner.

It was fair. We only stayed for one night, I booked this with low expectations. The intention was to find somewhere that had a casino and something to do in the late evening due to our late arrival at the hotel. The staff was better than the hotel itself. Has nice views, room was room down. Lamp shade was burnt, lol (I'm not joking) Wood TV stand had burn marks, floor had cracked and missing marks of the tile, hotel floor had a weird smell. Bartender Remy was great Breakfast wast bad. It was ok for what we wanted, just a one night stay

The staff at this site provided great customer service and made our stay exceptional. Gonzalo, Executive chef, provided an impressive meal with an array of flavors and local cuisine at Cielo restaurant for dinner while our waitress Daylin ensured a wonderful experience. Ari and Desiree made us feel at home in the Executive Lounge. Ari also provided us with excellent recommendations on things to do while on the island along with helpful pointers.
The hotel is dated and our room had a strong smell of febreze or like chemicals. The front desk offered to move us to another room however we declined and attempted to air it out instead. The surrounding area and hotel beach was beautiful, relaxing and convenient to other nearby beaches and attractions.response / report this review -

This Hilton is a great choice when staying in Curacao. The staff is is extremely friendly, the pool and the beach are awesome and it’s nearby restaurants and even Willemstad.

The staff was amazing!!! Went for my partner's birthday and the staff took such good care to make his day special. The room was very nice, airy, and I loved that every room has its own balcony to look out at the sunset/sunrise (small view of the ocean from our location). The beach at the hotel is small in comparison to most others on the island, but if you want to just hang at the hotel like we did upon arrival it's a nice beach, and the pool at the hotel was great for catching some sun also. Location is perfect for trips to downtown Willemstad/Otrabanda/Punda where you can catch buses just about anywhere on the island.

The staff is mostly vary nice, but at times slow and forgetful about bring the things you ordered. The hotel is pretty run-down. The rooms smell musty and need major updating. If this is the best Curacao has to offer, it is lacking. Beach access is good and nice beach. Very little nearby. If someone rated this a 4 or 5 they are probably used to staying at motels and not resort hotels.

Wonderfull place with extremely friendly staff. The hotel itself needs some maintenance. Some of the rooms are showing signs of use and lack of proper care. The common areas are better taken care of. The beach may be a little dirty, although this is mainly due to some guests The small beach in front of the hotel is very nice but not the best in the island. The pool is nice but with few spaces to laydown. The gym is big and quite good. There are several places to dine or to have lunch in the hotel grounds. All very nice. Prices are not very high and quality is good. All in all a very good choice of hotel.

Just got home from Hilton Curacao. My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights there. Can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. Corinne ( I think I spelt that right) was a delight. She made our stay wonderful and was so helpful in every way! Beautiful view. The hotel could use a lil updates in the rooms but private beach and restaurants were wonderful!! You won't be disappointed!

We were lucky to get this heavily discounted booking here. After I read some reviews I was a bit deflated but prepared for the worse. Our overall experience was 5 star form the attentive staff, at every level, to the adequately comfortable room and the facilities of the resort. The food is not 5 star but service and welcoming attitude wins! Thanks to the fabulous staff here for making our stay a pleasant experience.

As nice as the staff is it does unfortunately not make up for the horrendous hotel itself. Brown water that does not warm up, air condition that can only be controlled by hope and a structure that has Please renovate me written in every corner. A lovely location however and again lovely personal that has all my sympathies.

What a marvelous hotel with the best staff for a Hilton brand. Reason why I love Hilton best hotel chain there is in my eyes!!! Had the best sliders At their on site restaurant came with 3 sliders #tuna #chicken #steak what an outstanding property with some very beautiful and energetic team member. Please recognize Kareen she treated me like a mother would. She's very warm and welcoming.

Hotel room service staff is good, management as far as front office manager / general Manager of this property are there for no good.
I had issue getting my $200 deposit back since my trip to Curacao at this property for week.
They put a security deposit hold for stay like any other hotel in this world. When it came for time to refund that back, I still haven't had that refunded back to my card yet, and I have been on call with front office manager Luis like 10 times, but as per Luis MY BANK is not accepting the deposits /refund back to acct.
This is news to me, unless I am missing anything here, I call my bank and verified if it's true and they had not heard of this before. There were no blocks on the acct, banks don't take back refunds back from hotel ??? This is till date today 1/25/2017 I have yet to get that $200 back on my card. Every time I call doesn't matter what hour of the day it is, Luis (front office manager) is in management meeting for next hr. I mean really ??? Every hr of the day he happens to be on management meeting - call back after 1 hr ???
I would suggest to stay At another chain hotel than this Hilton as this property is in need of much more renovations as everything is old probably dating back to 1970's.
So I will try to reach out again about 20th time after one hr when Luis is done with SO Called Management Meeting. Maybe I should try to reach out to Hilton Corporate and see what they have to say about this simple issue that could have been resolved within first 5 days after I came back to US.

Nice place to visit on a Sunday with the kids. Plenty of water-fun by the pool and on the beach. You can purchase a day-pass for this or enjoy your stay in the Hotel. You can also enjoy the warm tropical breeze with full sea view during a 10 minutes walk. There is also a pool bar for snacks and drinks.

Nice Hotel, very nice and small Private Beach.
Rooms are very spacious but need to be renewed.
Very Nice Breakfast at US$ 22.00 per person.
Casino are very simple with old machines, you have to pay for your drinks
first time that I seen in My life,.LOL
People are Friendly.
I do recommend, I have been here 3 times.
