Excellent food and service but sloooow !!
Plan on spending about 3 hrs for a 3 course meal. Or know about vacation and time doesn't matter, etc but still. There are more things to do than waiting 1 hr for a piece of fish.

Very nice, French/European traditional kitchen with sometimes a Caribbean twist and modern ideas.
Young couple running the kitchen and serving, nice friendly atmosphere. The chef already obtained a Bib Gourmand at the age of 25 and cooks magnifficently

Good food and wine selection for decent prices, as simple as that. Baose might be slightly better but we think this is for sure the nr2 restaurant on the island.
