After they have moved from Sta Rosa I didn't go to test the nee place and their food. But I went on my birthfay at their new location in Saliña and I was pleasantly surprised. The food is good, and the prices are even better. It really is one clean chinese restaurant where you can also order take-out. They even had a personalized mini cake made for me!
