This was not the first time we have tried Blessings. The menu is composed with not the ordinary you would expect. Try not choose from the menu but ask the Chef to make his choices for you. You will be surprised. Table service was friendly helpfull and very attentive. If you like your meats, Blessing is definitely worth a visit or more.

We made an 8 o'clock reservation for a party of 7, 1 week earlier to have our Christmas dinner at Blessings Restaurant.
We were all there at 8 o'clock sharp. We waited approximately 10 minutes before we were attended and another 5 before we received the beverages we had ordered. After another 10 we could order our dinner. Having taken notice of how long it took to get served we have decided to take a 2 course meal.
We received our entrance at 9:10, but did not receive the Tapenade sauce ordered and there was no more Coquille.
We were served our main course at 10:35 and finished dinner at 11:00.
This was by far our worst experience at Restaurants here in our "Dushi" Curaçao. After waiting for so long the food quality becomes irrelevant. So I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Wat een pareltje van een restaurant! Fantastische smaken, kleuren en combinaties in de gerechten. Bediening is zeer enthousiast en adequaat. Vlotte bediening in alle rust. Eenvoudige, duidelijke kaart.

The food is simply impeccable. The flavors feel new yet familiar. The ingredients on the plate are in harmony. Through each bite, one is able to discern that a lot of thought and skill went into each dish.

I tried a different restaurant everyday while in Curacao but nothing can compare to what they are doing here. True to its name, this place is a blessing indeed. It certainly reminded me what a fine dining experience should be like.

Hands down the best dinner we had on the island, one of the best meals my wife or I have had anywhere in the world. The owners are beautiful people with a taste for fine dining. The chef has a michelin star background and IT REALLY SHOWS! The co-owner runs front of the house service with impeccable detail. Every dish plated immaculate. The ingredients respected and symphonic. Seasoned precisely. This place is a must.

We chose the chefs tasting menu. It was fantastic. Steak tartare was unlike anything you find in the states. The smoked salmon was served at a delightful temperature, allowing a full bodied taste for the fish. The scallops, wonderful sear, the beurre noisette ricotta was subtle but complementary, toasted hazelnuts finished the soft flavors. Then came the wolf fish, something I've never tried before. Absolutely riveting. The texture and flavor was wonderful firm yet very smooth and buttery. Very well done. Finally The dessert, it alone stood strong as a final dish. Tart tartine with vanilla ice cream. The tart dough was so flaky and had just the perfect amount of salt and sugar to compliment the apples and the ice cream. The ice cream with just a slight melting to it.
The whole meal was extraordinary and certainly nothing my wife and I had expected to find on this island. What a gem. The whole staff is warm and professional.
