We rented a small scooter. It was not in good conditions, it was really difficult starting it, taking between 2 - 15 minutes every time. It was so hard that our trainers got broken.
I complained and I did not get my money back but they gave me another big scooter in exchange, which was better,although it had problems with the lights and batteries.
I don't recommend renting scooter in this place, particularly because they should have tell me that there were issues with the bike and I would have avoided being stack alone out of the city
Also I don't think Boa Vista is a island recommended for using the bikes,the roads are in bad conditions, I think its should be better using a car.

Sehr guter Service. Gute kleine Quads. Yamaha. Helm mit Einweghaube und Brille gibt's dazu. 45€ für 4 Stunden. 200 € Kaution. Wir konnten das Wrack im Norden und Praia Varadinha im Süden anschauen.
