  Very beautiful. Too many stray dogs on the beach, something should be done. Counted 13 dogs.

  Large beach.Nice restrante.Fresh fish caught same day! Nice beverages.Local rum made from sugar cane.

  Lovely beach, close to traditional wooden fishing boats port, no facilities, the only shadow is provided by a really big tree. Fresh coconuts and drinks may be available if the local ladies pass by.

  Best place in Santiago Island to enjoy the beach and relax. It is indeed a must if you are in Santiago. If you can arrange it, make Tarrafal your base (believe me, it is much better than Praia) and travel around the island from there. Nothing best than a late dive after a busy day. Great fish and sunsets!
