Great atmosphere, great drinks. If you want somewhere to start your night out, this is the place to go. I felt very well looked after on my birthday trip. I can't wait to return!

A must visit if in Santa Maria! During the day there is a relaxed atmosphere- you can sit inside or outside overlooking the street just for drinks or food as well. They are vegetarian friendly and have delicious pizza. In the evenings very lively sometimes with music in the street outside they also give out free snacks. Thus place is popular with the locals and tourists.

Food is reasonably priced and okay, if you’re looking for something different to what your All Inclusive Hotel is offering that night. There’s a decent atmosphere and pizza is 10 euros per person, for all you can eat. A reasonable selection of cocktails is available too, but if it’s busy the service can be a little slow.

What an amazing way to spend Christmas day evening..dancing and partying. It was so good we went back Boxing day evening. Superb mix of people (all ages/nationalities) enjoying the vibe.

Almost got robbed by a bartender from the Ocean named Kevin! Guy slided his hand down my pocket to grab my phone. When I noticed and confronted him, he tried to set up his friends against us and pick a fight! Watch out for this pretending "Nice" guy and watch you belongings!!!

Really nice place with live music at nights, it’s worth going. The large beer is bigger than the normal pinta in UK so be aware! Staff also friendly and with a big variety of drinks.

Good choice of drinks here and the food is quite good too. A bit more European than the other places in town but nice if you want some home comforts. The only downside is that the staff regularly get people's orders wrong. It happened twice to us and overheard it with a few other people too. Understand that the language barrier can mean mistakes happen but it's not difficult to just repeat the order back to be sure you got it right.

We stayed in their hotel, while the room was large and nice, it is just above the music bar so you wont get any sleep until around 2 in the morning and around 5 there is a construction site that appart from sunday will start up so you have 3 hours of possible silence. The aircon couldnt get the room very cold, and the service was bad continuously. The first girl Jeannette was lovely but this was quickly counteracted by her colleagues. When we bought an aloe vera get in the souvenier shop also run by the company we immediately went upstairs to our room and we found it was gone off and smelled. It was also semi liquid. On trying to return it and seeing it went out of date in february, the staff refused to take it back claiming it was fine though they recoiled at the smell. We had to give out and refuse to leave before we got our money back. They also were smirking and unhelpful. Added to the noise and gel incident they left our bags which they agreed to mind in an open bar by the door. Luckily we had no valuables in them.

You can never go wrong at Oceans, one the most interesting spots on the island. Different music played on each day, from local CV music, to Brazilian and pop Rock and the occasional dance floor. Good food and drinks!
