  Excellent value for money guesthouse. I had a large and very comfortable room with aircon. I was on a business trip and the room was great for working. Wi-fi is, on the whole, very good with strong signal in the bedroom. Good bathroom. Washing and ironing of clothes is all part of the service at no extra cost (which is great on a business trip). Good breakfast comprising fresh fruits, juices, cold meats and cheese, wholemeal bread, and Sabina's delicious homemade jams. Owner and French-Canadian Jean Charles is a very friendly and helpful host. It is situated in the very quiet diplomatic quarter of Praia (Achada St.Antonio). If you are working with one of the UN agencies, the UN building is 2 mins walk away. There are lots of restaurants and Churrasqueras (grilled food) nearby and the popular local beach of Quebra Canela is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute taxi ride. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chez Sabina. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and quiet stay.

  Sabine et JC sont sympas et très accueillant avec notre groupe internet un peu faible dans certaines chambres !

  maison d'hôtes agréable et confortable avec sa piscine et son copieux petit déjeuner.
  bonne situation : proche de la plage et des commerces dans un quartier calme.
  seul bémol : sabina est peu présente et peu avenante. dommage! heureusement Jean Charles est cordial et toute l équipe est cordiale.

  Accueil très sympathique par Jean Charles. Sabina est une cuisinière hors pair. Maison située proche des ambassades, très calme et très pratique pour visiter.

  Super accueil, en Français, par le québécois J.Charles et Sabina son épouse magnifique cap capverdienne .
  Tout était parfait, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la situation de la maison, et surtout la disponibilité des hôtes et de tout le staff.
  C'est un lieu privilégié où vous pouvez aller en toute confiance.
