Nothin in this hotel justifies the idea to call it Boutique Hötel. At midnight after arrival I decided to leave in the morning!

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. There is not pool neither other big facilities, but it is right at Praia's downtown. The staff is friendly

stravili jsme zde jeden den po priletu do Priaye, nasledne jsme preletali na Fogo. pro tento ucel naprosto dostacujici, centralne polozeny v klidne casti s ochotnym personalem. vse v dochazkove vzdalenosti.

Really difficult to find, i had to walk for like 20 minutes to find it. It's not where Google say it is, it is closer to the spot called D Concept Design Store in the same street. There is a sign outside but it's so small you could miss it. Just look for a brown old door on the left and don't move to fast or you will walk past it.
Appart from that i have to say it is a nice hotel, the price was okay for what i got, the staff where really nice even though one of them did not speak english but still wonderful people. The hotel was clean and silent. The ac worked perfectly and when i asked for water i got a cold water bottle (just the way i like it), i totally recommend it.response / report this review -

Estive uma semana neste hotel e gostei. Fica no centro da cidade da Praia, numa zona normalmente sossegada e bem localizada. As camas são confortáveis, o pequeno almoço é muito bom e o pessoal é de uma simpatia extrema.

location is superb, just on the pedestrian Street which is considered by locals as centre. taxi from airport costed us 10€, although we didn't really bargain for it. room was spacious, very clean. only the window opened to the inside of the building which we initially considered strange, but then appreciated the uniqueness of this solution. Definitely recommended. price was very good.

Su dueña es una persona increible, el hotel es limpio todo el tiempo. El pequeño almuerzo/desayuno muy rico, sobre todo porque encuentras las preparaciones locales y las generales. Como jugo de Calabaceira o de bissep tambien oas galletas que son tradicionales.
