Nice airport. You can sit outside in the sun while waiting for boarding. It has a couple of duty free stores and a small bar.

A relative small Airport, but it does the job.
Facilities are really modern and definitely sufficient for the Air Trafic and passenger flow.
Passport Control on both Arrival and Departure, were quick enough if you take USA and other Middle East countries in consideration.
Coffee is great at the airport and as usual expensive like everywhere else.

We had our passports and Visa, but we still had to apply for a visa again! Security wasn't the best however wasn't unbearable.

A small military airport which is having some expansion done. You need to present your passport to get in the check in area.

As you walk in the departures entrance if you turn right heading back towards the arrivals. Toilets on the right, opposite is a really cheap cafe and along the corridors is shops and a bank. Be aware that the bank closes at 16:00 so you won't be able to change Escudos. The check in is a bit slow but I went to the cafe until the queue went down. The security is different as no lighters at all. The departure lounge is brand new and there's a cafe, 2 duty free shops with vastly different prices. Toilets and smoking facilities are here too.

Terribly slow service on both departures and arrivals. Took almost two hours to check in with just 30 something people in the queue.

Very charming and helpful staff.
WiFi free!!! Haven't seen that in Atlanta Int Airport!
