We were suitably impressed by the decor, garden, and food at this Iranian restaurant, which is a welcome break after we've availed ourselves of the rice and beans in other local eateries. It's a quiet oasis in Vedado.

Great menu
Unique Persian restaurant in Havana.
Great appetizers as well as main dishes.
I'm surprised how they could managed to get all ingredients in Cuba for Persian food.
Beautiful dance performance and music.
Unique cultural decoration
Price is very good for what you get here.

Excellent middle eastern food by Cuban standards. The kitchen makes do despite the limited ingredients. Fantastic veggie menu with plenty of options including falafel.

Wonderful staff and great atmosphere! We tried the lamb burger and a few stews. During our short stay in Havana we came here 3 times. Service in other establishments and fancy restaurants was horrible because they're government owned. Topoly is a breathe of fresh air and probably because it's a private business. The owner and his established clients are interesting to chat with and our favorite part was meeting WikiLeaks the cat!

Nice restaurant nice atmosphere in the heart of Havana but do not expect high quality food as you find in Los Angeles mirzaghasemi mastkhiar and falafel , excellent but shirazi salad and rice quality was horrible kebabs are not to die for friendly atmosphere good service

Located in the vedado neighbor Topoly is a little persian oasis. The food was fresh, service was good and the atmosphere was relaxed. My only suggestion is a bit more seasoning to flavor the food but That's my suggestion for every restaurant in havana.
